Beef Wholesale

Avon Valley Beef is primarily a beef wholesale company. Therefore, the Beef Wholesale Area situated at the Boning Room in Malaga plays a major role in the company’s daily operation.

Approximately 500 high quality beef bodies are processed by the Beef Wholesale Area per week. All of these beef carcases processed are supplied by the Avon Valley Beef Abattoir located just outside of Northam. This allows the company to maintain total control over the products being obtained and processed throughout the company. As a result, Avon Valley Beef is able to consistently and continually supply a high quality product to its clients. All beef carcases supplied by the Avon Valley Beef Abattoir are graded by qualified company graders.

The Beef Wholesale Area incorporates a rigorous Quality Assurance Program in the daily running where all carcases processed undergo quality control checks. Highly qualified and experienced staff work tirelessly to ensure that the beef carcases are processed to a high standard.

The Avon Valley Beef Wholesale Area offers a variety of products to its clients. These products include Hindquarter Cuts, Forequarter Cuts, Offal, Mince, Rolled Roasts, Corned Silverside, Beef Burgers and Sausages. Various types of Sausages are available:
